Printing control on pharmaceutical vials

Means developed for controlling these glass bulbs allow marking defect detection (lack or excess of ink) and to recognize the printed variable characters (batch number, expiry date). While the bulbs rotate on themselves at 9 rpm, the inspection is made through a linear camera coupled with laser illumination.

The HMI is a dashboard at the head of line: indication of the number of light bulbs checked, number of faults per control zone, adjustment of the fault detection threshold.

Calibration machine for Heads-Up Displays (HUD)

HUD products, after assembly, pass through a calibration station using multiple cameras at different key locations to verify that all drivers will be able to adapt the product to their own convenience.

The calibration station must ensure also the HUD can be used during day and night, by checking the product abilities thanks to different measurement devices on the same station.
