Shuttle lines
The example of CID
What is it about?
It is a fully automated assembly and control line for producing CIDs and performing all the tests necessary for their proper functioning.
For whom and why?
This line was made for a customer in the automotive field to assemble different product references on the same line without extracting it from its support. This line was so well received that it was quadrupled to allow high production efficiency.

Its predecessor is a semi-automated line made in 2015. It already proposed the assembly and the control of CIDs with the least possible human manipulation.
Conveyor-belt lines
This line is a reflection of GECoE’s know-how: automatism, robotics, vision control system, 3D laser control, electrical axis synchronization, mechanical ergonomics, and many others. It is based on 4 areas for the supply of profucts, assembly, product control and packaging respectively.
What does it bring to you?
Automated, this line makes it possible to overcome human limitations and repetitive movements. Optimization, cycle time, ergonomics were the key words to achieve this line.
Packaging lines
What is it about?
The packaging line combines automated, robotic systems and manual packaging stations with automatic controls. The line takes into account the sypply of products, the 4-axis robot transit of products to manual packagings stations, the control and labelling to finish on the palletization of boxes.
What does it bring to you?
Designed for the medical field, the line is designed to respect the integrity of products while offering a short cycle time and complete packaging with respect for traceability.
Manual lines
HUD
What is it about?
This HUD project consists of a line dedicated to the assembly and testing of HUD (Head Up Display) to equip cars on the Japanese and Chinese market. This line consists of 4 assembly stations, 1 automatic screwing station and 3 semi-automatic test stations.

Scooter dashboard line
What is it about?
The project is a line dedicated to the assembly and testing of dashboards to equip scooters on the Brazilian market. This line consists of 5 manual stations and 1 test station. It was realized and installed in 4 months in Brazil with a cycle time of 120sec.
What does it bring to you ?
The goal was to build a simple line with a reduced investment cost. We had to limit the costs with innovative solutions (1 PC for 3 stations thanks to EasyTest, detection piece by camera object, parallelize the tasks projects).
Assembling
What is it about?
We have developed for a automotive supplier a machine allowing the assembly of 4 phases of an electronic product with high technical criticality. On an automatic electric turntable, the operator performs two manual assembly operations while two robotic screwdrivers control the final assembly.
What does it bring to you?
With a cycle time of 11 seconds, a compact design (only 850mm wide by 1200mm deep) and an ergonomic and maintainable design, this machine brings speed, ergonomics and safety to your productions.
